Seller Readiness Score privacy policy

Seller Readiness Score is a room-by-room walkthrough app that helps homeowners assess how market-ready their property is. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your information when you use it.
The short version
Everything you enter into this app — property details, room ratings, notes, and photos — stays stored locally on your own device. We do not operate a server, we do not collect your data, and we have no way to see, sell, or share it. The only time your information leaves your device is when you choose to send it, using your own phone’s email, messaging, or sharing tools.
Information stored on your device
To provide the room-by-room walkthrough and market readiness scoring, the app stores the following directly on your phone: property addresses and details you enter, room checklist ratings and notes, photos you take or choose from your photo library for each room, and your progress through the 30-Day Seller Prep Plan checklist. None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. It remains on your device until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app entirely.
Camera and photo library access
The app requests permission to use your camera and photo library solely so you can attach photos to your room walkthrough. Photos are saved to the app's private storage on your device and are never uploaded anywhere automatically.
Sharing a report, calling, texting, or emailing
The app includes buttons to email or share a generated report, and to call, text, or email your real estate agent. These buttons simply open your phone's own email, messaging, or share apps with information pre-filled — the app itself does not send anything or operate any server in between. What you type, attach, and choose to send is entirely up to you and happens through the app you select.
Third-party services
This app does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking services. No data about your usage is collected or transmitted for those purposes.
Data security
Because your information never leaves your device through the app, its security depends on your device's own protections (passcode, biometric lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your phone's operating system up to date.
Children's privacy
This app is intended for homeowners and real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here in the app with a revised effective date above.
