HomeWiseman.com is a free resource with general real estate information, focused on London, Ontario. This page explains how to use that information.
General information
The guides and other pages on HomeWiseman.com are general information and educational resources about real estate. They can't account for every situation, and they aren't a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, mortgage, financial or other professional advice when advice specific to your circumstances is appropriate. Guides show the date they were last reviewed.
If you have a question about your own situation, you can ask Jonathan.
Calculators
The calculators give estimates based on the figures you enter and the rates and assumptions each calculator explains. A result isn't a quote, a guarantee or a final statement of what you will pay or receive.
London Market figures
The London Market figures are dated market statistics from the sources named on the page. They apply to the area and the month shown. Averages and other market statistics describe many sales together; they don't establish the value of any particular home.
Other websites and sources
Some pages link to, or draw on, information from government, regulators and other sources. That information can change, and other websites are outside Jonathan's control. Where a decision depends on it, check the current information with the source.
Notices
The trademark, brokerage and other notices at the bottom of every page apply to the whole site.
